The registration fee includes:

• Welcome Reception

• Light lunch

• Coffee breaks

• Conference material

Gala Dinner Fee: 100 €

Excursion fee: 65 €

A 170 € fee will be charged for accompanying persons of ExHFT 2024 participants who wish to join the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner.

Accompanying Persons Lunch Fee: 35 € per day

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The ExHFT-10 2024 Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:

• Conference registration canceled on or before July 25, 2024 is refundable but subject to a € 50 administrative fee.
• Conference registration canceled on or July 26, 2024 until August 10, 2024 is refundable up to 50%.
• Registration fees may be transferred to another individual
• Conference registration canceled after August 10, 2024 the registration fee is not refundable.
• In the ExHFT-10 2024, if registrant must cancel the participation due to force majeure, (acts of war, terrorist attacks, epidemics, pandemics like COVID-19, death, labor strikes, riots, crime or property theft, acts of God, natural disasters like blizzards, earthquakes, or hurricanes, or acts of terrorism), the full amount of registration fee will be refundable.
• All requests for cancellations must be made in writing to the conference secretariat (info@nbesevents.gr).

Excursion

Excursion canceled until August 10, 2024 is not refundable.
